Key Terms

As part of each package, we offer a domain name registration for every client. The price may vary depending on the domain name chosen. Should the domain name registration exceed a fair use price for purchase, we will be unable to offer the domain name, free of charge and will request a fair share of the cost to be fulfilled by the client.

Subject to our terms of business, we will transfer any domain names relating to you on termination of your contract with us for a small fee of £49 per domain. Should you not request in writing for your domain name to be transferred to you at the end of your contract term then the domain will be allowed to expire.

If you change your mind and you do wish to renew your domain name with us, you will have up to 60 days after the domain has expired to contact us to renew your domain name and cont9nue your services with us.

So we can keep our costs as low as possible, we use software to construct a website, this means that the website will only work whilst it is hosted on our system, and remains the property of The Company and is ‘rented’ to the client on agreed terms.

For a website to remain live and active, their account must not be in arrears and paid in advance. Failure to pay may result in your website no longer being accessible until full payment has been made.

If a website package is cancelled, or you change your mind and do not wish to renew your package with us, you will have all the way up until 30 days after the package has expired to contact us to renew your website packages with us.
